What data we collect, why, and for how long.

2. What data we process
Those you give us in the form: name, company, email, phone, comments, the list of components and any files you attach. And the basic technical browsing data needed for the website to work.
3. Why we use them
To prepare and send you the quote, answer your questions and, if you place an order, handle it. We do not profile you or make automated decisions.
4. Legal basis
Your request and steps prior to a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with legal obligations (6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interest in serving businesses and professionals (6(1)(f)).
5. Who we share them with
In line with data protection law, we do not share the names or details of our customers or our partners. When we ask the factory or any other supplier for a price, we only give part numbers and quantities: never who the material is for. Apart from that, only with the providers we need to operate (hosting, email, advisers), acting as data processors, and with public authorities when required by law.
6. How long we keep them
Requests that do not lead to an order, up to two years. If there is a business relationship, for as long as it lasts and then for the period required by law.
7. Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data and request its portability by writing to hola@neupa.es. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
